Our history
In 2023 after moving to Tennessee, Shawn LeBaron and Howard Caughron decided to form a new corporation for investing in Real Estate. It was decided to name the company Eight GK Properties Inc after our combined 8 grandkids.
In late 2023 Howard moved on and was replaced in the corporation by Jolyn LeBaron.
